Wind-Damaged Roof Replaced in Two Days
The problem
A November windstorm off Port Susan stripped three shingle fields and lifted the ridge caps on this 2003-built two-story near Getchell Hill. The homeowner's first call was to their insurance carrier — their second was to us.
What we did
Same-day emergency tarping, full documentation formatted for the adjuster, and an on-roof meeting with the carrier that got the entire replacement approved rather than a patch. Full tear-off revealed two sheets of compromised decking, replaced at the per-sheet price printed in the bid.
The result
Complete Duration system with high-wind starter and ridge detail, balanced ventilation, and a 15-year written warranty. The homeowner paid their deductible and nothing else.
“They handled the insurance company so well I mostly just signed things. The roof was done before my carrier's first estimate even arrived.”
— Homeowner, Marysville WA
