"No surprises" is a process, not a promise.
Contractor anxiety is earned — the industry earned it. Here is exactly what working with us looks like, step by step, so you know what happens before it happens.
- 1
The inspection
Day 1 · 20–30 minutes
A licensed inspector — not a commissioned closer — walks your roof and photographs every component. You get the report whether you hire us or not. About a third of these end with "you’re fine."
- 2
The numbers
Within 48 hours
A fixed, line-item bid: materials by name, decking repairs priced per sheet in advance, schedule in writing. No "today-only" pricing theater — the number is good for 30 days.
- 3
You decide
On your clock
We answer questions and then we leave you alone. No chase calls every other day. Homeowners who feel pressured sign once; homeowners who feel respected refer their whole street.
- 4
The prep
Before the crew arrives
Permits filed by us, materials delivered, landscaping and driveway protection planned. You get a start date and a named project lead with a direct number.
- 5
The build
Typically 1–5 days
Our employed crews, daily cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps every evening, and a project lead who tells you what happened today and what happens tomorrow.
- 6
The walkthrough
Final day
You inspect with us — roof, grounds, gutters, the works. Warranty registered before the trucks leave. Then we ask for the honest review, whatever it is.
Step one is free.
Free 20-minute inspection. Photo report you keep either way. Zero pressure.
