Boom-Era Home Rewrapped in James Hardie
The problem
2001-built two-story with failing LP-era composite siding: paint refusing to hold, soft spots below two window corners, and a woodpecker who had found all of them.
What we did
Full tear-off exposed sheathing damage at four window corners — repaired at printed per-sheet pricing — then housewrap, flashing at every opening, and Hardie Plank with ColorPlus factory finish.
The result
A house the neighbors ask about, a finish warrantied for 15 years, and window corners that will never feed another woodpecker.
“The crew found rot the original builder hid and showed me photos before touching anything. The price change was exactly the per-sheet rate from the contract.”
