Is this you?

You're done replacing shingles

If you plan to stay 15+ years, metal's lifetime cost usually beats two shingle roofs.

Snow load is real at your place

Spokane plateau and foothill homes shed snow off metal instead of stacking it.

Wildfire zone

Class A fire-rated assemblies matter more every summer east of the Cascades.

You want the look

Modern standing seam reads architectural, not agricultural. Matte finishes, clean lines.

Real metal, correctly detailed

Concealed-fastener standing seam is our default — exposed-fastener panels cost less up front and cost more forever, and we'll show you why before you choose. Kynar 500 finishes against PNW UV and moss. Snow retention engineered per roof plane, not guessed. High-temp underlayment at valleys and eaves where ice forms.

How we do it

  1. 1

    Site engineering

Measurements, snow-load review, panel layout, and color samples you view on your actual roof orientation.

  2. 2

    Panels formed to fit

Continuous panels cut to your exact roof — fewer seams, fewer failure points.

  3. 3

    Install, 2–5 days

Metal-trained crews. Details — hips, valleys, penetrations — are where metal roofs live or die, and where we're pickiest.

The honest metal math

Standing seam typically runs $25,000–$55,000 on homes we serve — roughly double asphalt. It also lasts roughly triple: 50+ years against 20–25. If this is your forever home, metal usually wins the spreadsheet. If you're selling in five, it usually doesn't. We'll run your numbers, not our pitch.

Proof, not promises

Metal Roofing: straight answers

Is a metal roof loud in the rain?

Over solid decking and insulation — the way we install it — a metal roof is within a decibel or two of asphalt. The rain-on-a-barn sound comes from open-framed structures, not homes.

Will it attract lightning?

No. Metal doesn't attract strikes; it just handles them better than combustible materials if one occurs.

Can you install metal over my shingles?

It's sometimes code-legal and we still won't do it. Hidden decking rot under a 50-year roof is a bad trade. Tear-off, inspect, then build the system right.

Does hail dent it?

Severe hail can cosmetically dent some panels — and destroy asphalt shingles outright. Most panels we install carry Class 4 impact ratings, and cosmetic-only damage rarely affects function or warranty.

Leaving with questions?

The inspection is free, the photo report is yours either way, and about a third of them end with "your roof is fine." Worst case, you learn something.
