The website vs. the contract
This website is information, not a contract. Prices shown are honest historical ranges from our job files, not quotes for your property; warranties described here are summaries of the written warranty documents you receive at signing, which control in any conflict. Actual work is governed by a written, signed agreement — always.
Estimates & inspections
Free inspections and estimates carry no obligation for either party. Inspection reports describe conditions observable at the time of inspection; concealed conditions (under shingles, behind siding) can only be confirmed during work and are handled per the pricing terms printed in your bid.
