What shape is your roof in?
Answer a few honest questions and get a preliminary condition score, any safety flags, and a straight answer on whether it's worth an inspection yet. This is education, not a diagnosis — but it's a good place to start.
Straight answers
Is this the same as a real inspection?
No — and it can't be. This is an educational self-assessment based on what you can see from the ground and what you already know about your roof. A real inspection means someone walks and grades the roof, checks the attic, and hands you a photo report. The score just tells you whether that's worth doing yet.
Do I have to give my email to see my score?
No. The score, the safety notes, and the recommended next steps are all instant and free. Nothing is gated.
It told me to get an inspection — does that mean I need a new roof?
Not necessarily. Plenty of roofs that score in the 'aging' range have years left with a little maintenance — that's exactly the kind of honest answer a free inspection gives you. We'd rather tell you the roof is fine than sell you one you don't need.
I have a clear sag in my roofline. What should I do?
Treat that as a priority and don't climb up to check it yourself. A sag can mean a structural or decking problem that needs a professional eye soon. Call us and we'll take a look — no charge, no pressure.
A score is a start. A photo report is the truth.
The free inspection walks your roof, checks the attic, and hands you documentation you keep.
